Warranty & Guarantee of Quality for ProCopy Compatible Toners & Cartridges.

  • We warrant that each ProCopy branded products to be of a Total Quality Performance standard product, free of defects in materials, components and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • ProCopy cartridges have been manufactured under stringent quality control procedures using new and recycled components assuring total quality print performance.
  • We will replace the cartridge for another if proven that the fault can be contributed to poor workmanship or failure of components within the unit.
  • We also warrant that, subject to conditions stated below and under normal use (including operation of printer equipment within specifications) ProCopy printer cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any laser printer
  • In the unlikely event that a ProCopy cartridge causes a printer to fail or give unacceptable print performance, a fully qualified service engineer will clean, service, repair or replace your printer free of charge.

ProCopy InkjetThis warranty is dependent upon the customer providing us with satisfactory evidence, supported by prints from the printer cartridge to be returned that the printer failure was due to a defect in our cartridge alone. It must include a written statement on the company’s letterhead, dated and signed by a company representative.

Warranty Terms Explained

Q.Will my warranty be affected if I install a non-HP upgrade/option in my HP product?

A. HP warranty extends only to HP products and options. If you install a non-HP option into your HP product and this option then fails, you must contact the supplier for warranty cover on that item.

The warranty on your HP product will not be affected by the installation of a non-HP upgrade/option unless your HP product is damaged as a result of installation and/or operation of a third party option, such damage will not be covered by HP warranty.

If your HP product is not operating correctly, you may be asked to verify that any non-HP option is not responsible for the problem be uninstalling any such items.

All ProCopy compatible cartridges are made from new and recycled parts as are the originals, they endure the same testing process and are guaranteed to perform to the same standard or better than the original. ProCopy compatible cartridges are made to a very high standard.

If any ProCopy cartridges are found to be faulty you will receive a new one free of charge and the faulty cartridge returned to us at no extra cost to you. If the cartridge is proved to have caused any damage to your printer then we will send a fully qualified engineer from the manufacturer of the compatible cartridge to clean, repair or replace your machine. All of which is at no cost to you.

Your machine warranty is not invalidated in any way and is covered for all components other than non-genuine parts. The warranty covers the all the parts we supply which means you have peace of mind knowing if there is ever a major problem with either the machine or the toner you will not have to pay any amount to have it repaired or replaced.

Warranty Covers

  • All parts/toners supplied for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Any damage caused to a machine by a ProCopy part/toner purchased from Matrix IT Computers Ltd.

Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Any other fault with your machine (apart from if the fault has been caused by the cartridge)
  • Any periodic servicing or accidental damage.
  • Improper use or damage to a cartridge or machine.
